Coaching & Facilitation

Executive, leadership, team, and individual coaching sessions are led by founder and chief connector, Emily Weiner, and allow individuals to dive deep into any specific challenges or ideas they want to work on. For nearly 15 years, Emily has coached thousands of people at all ages and stages of life, helping them to unlock new resources, develop their capacity, and think about their connections differently.

Most individual coaching sessions take place via Zoom, however face-to-face coaching is possible for people in the Greater Boston area with advanced notice.

Individual Coaching

This type of personalized coaching is best for people who are looking to take the next step in any aspect of their lives and are unsure how to get there. Like most coaching, these sessions are deeply personalized based on each individual’s needs, and begin by responding to a few questions in writing followed by a 45 minute conversation to identify the goals and develop a plan for helping you achieve them. Individual coaching sessions may touch upon personal passions and projects, life balance, job performance and satisfaction, or other general conditions in your life. In each session, however, we’ll be clear to focus on how you can connect to the ideas, people, or resources you need to move to your next step.

Group Coaching and Facilitation

Unlike workshops, group facilitation is designed to dive deep into an existing team’s dynamics and help them cultivate a strategy for moving forward together. Typically, we will start with individual conversations to assess the existing issues and then come together to create a shared understanding, establish ground rules for operating, and break down the barriers preventing the team from being effective.

Executive and Leadership Coaching

Leaders at all levels can struggle with juggling the needs of their team and their own professional goals and challenges. Whether you’re a senior level executive, mid-level manager, or an emerging leader looking to create more influence within your organization, these sessions are designed to address the competencies and skills needed to make your organization more cohesive. Sessions may focus on such themes as communication skills and breakdowns, interpersonal connections, group dynamics, and strategic decision making. These coaching sessions are tailored to the leader’s specific challenges and sessions will vary depending on the organizational challenges.
